- Technical and usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you complete our online assessment or contact us, and automatically through cookies and analytics when you use our website. If we receive information about you that we did not request, we will deal with it in line with the APPs.

6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
7. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
8. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period. There is normally no charge to make a request, although we may charge a reasonable fee for providing access in some cases.
